By using Remiind, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Subscriptions and Payments

Remiind offers auto-renewing subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Free Trial

Remiind offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial period begins when you confirm your subscription in the App Store. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the price of your selected plan (weekly or monthly).

You can cancel your free trial at any time by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial period, and you will not be charged.

Your Data

You own the data you create in Remiind, including your reminders, tasks, and account information. We store your data solely to provide and improve the service. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Remiind is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remiind and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app.

Relationship Disclaimer

Remiind is a productivity and task management tool. It is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or mental health services. If you are experiencing relationship difficulties, please seek qualified professional support.

User Responsibilities

When using Remiind, you agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Respect your partner's privacy when using couples features
• Not misuse the service or use it to harass others
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Remiind after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
