• Account information — Your name and email address provided via Apple Sign-In
• Reminder and task data — The reminders you create, including titles, due dates, and completion status
• Partner connection data — Partner codes used to link accounts for couples mode
• Device tokens — Used to deliver push notifications to your device
• Basic usage analytics — Anonymous data about app usage to help us improve the experience

How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase and Firestore with industry-standard encryption and security measures. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are handled entirely by the Apple App Store through RevenueCat. We never see, process, or store your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Deliver reminders and notifications at the times you set
• Enable couples features like shared tasks and partner assignments
• Send push notifications for reminders and task updates
• Improve the app experience based on usage patterns

Third-Party Services

Remiind uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase / Firestore — Data storage and authentication
• RevenueCat — Subscription management
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — Delivering notifications to your device

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

Children's Privacy

Remiind is not directed at users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Account deletion is available directly within the app. You can also contact us to request any of the above.
